Top Ten Mart Ltd. pay attention to the urgency of your orders. We always try our best to make sure your ordered products hand over to you on due time or reach your door in the fastest possible time. After confirmation of your order once, you will receive a confirmation mail from our automatic generated system.

Your ordered products will be sent to your given address anywhere in Bangladesh.

We start the shipping process within 24 hours after confirmation of the order. So, if you want to cancel or modify your order, please inform our customer service department at your earliest.

We deliver your products through our courier partner “Pathao”.

 

* For Online orders & delivery, customers must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery. Any valid issue must be reported and returned immediately. No complaints or return requests will be accepted after the product is received.

 

*** Note: Cash on Delivery For outside Dhaka, you have to pay advance delivery charge 150 taka via bkash payment option with reference your name or order  ID (01959-000111 Bkash agent number) for order confirmation. Cash on delivery limitation is UPTO 5000 BDT.
