Refund Policy

We have no policy for refund, the policy only for exchange/change by another products.

Exchange Policy

Top Ten Mart exchange/return policy allows you to exchange or return any Top Ten Mart product purchased. Any exchange/return is absolutely free of cost and we will gladly issue you a credit note for further purchase or process an exchange against exchange/return within 7 days of the purchase date.

You will only have to make sure the following things:

  1. The product is unused and undamaged.
  2. The product must be returned or exchanged in the original packet/box.
  3. Do not write, mark, overwriting nor put any extra sticker or tape on the original packet/box.
  4. Original invoice, condition, the tag is carefully preserved.
  5. Valid reasons for exchange/return should be mentioned in writing on paper and included with the exchanged/returned product.
  6.  Make an email explaining reasons for returning/exchange of your purchased product to info@toptengroupbd.com

However, all exchanges/returns are subjected to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery team will deliver the new item to you and take back the original item from you at the same time.

Please be noted that no discounted/special offered item will be exchanged or returned.
